Once your order has been paid for your order has been finalised, if you request changes after paying the deposit we may need to update your the price to reflect these changes. We reserve the right to reject changes with insufficient notice.
All baked goods are made in premises in which wheat flour, nuts, dairy and eggs are used. While every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate we cannot completely eliminate the possibility of cross contamination with these ingredients and as such we recommend that anyone with severe allergies to these ingredients not eat our goods.
At Burnt Honey we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. All of our ingredients are of the highest quality. It is important to remember that baked goods are perishable and delicate products and must be handled and stored carefully.
We take no responsibility for damage to orders or improperly stored orders after they have left our care. Storage and shelf life is noted on the purchase page of each item, if it is unclear please feel free to contact us for clarification.
