Mountain bread (Available Wed & Thu)
A grain free loaf held together by oats, a variety of seeds, almonds and psyllium husk. This is a heavy loaf with a texture akin to a pumpernickel or Scandinavian rye bread and it will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Note: This bread contains oats that have been processed in the same factory as wheat.
