Stroopwafels are a classic Dutch treat, usually made by slicing a small, thin waffle in half and sandwiching with gooey caramel. Ours are heavily inspired by those of notorious Amsterdam bakery @banketbakkerijlanskroon, they're two ultra crisp biscuits sandwiched with caramel, ours deliciously salty burnt honey caramel. Perfect to sit atop a hot coffee on an ice cold day to melt the caramel and crunch away.

Soft, salty German pretzels made using the traditional lye-dipped method to give them their trademark flavour.

You asked for it, so here it is. Burnt Honey Bakery vanilla slice, aka your little slice of heaven. Our recipe is deeply inspired by the kremna rezina of Lake Bled, Slovenia and is made with handmade spelt puff pastry bade with Pepe Saya butter, sandwiching a layer of vanilla crème pâtissière and vanilla crème chantilly. Topped with a dusting of icing sugar.
