Look, we know that this is a very expensive Tsourekei, but we have got to tell you that it is ABSOLUTELY worth every cent. Our deeply indulgent tsourekei has the most incredibly soft texture, and one sniff will send you into a trance. It's enriched with orange zest, mastic, organic cardamom, mahalepi, vanilla, Pepe Saya butter and plenty of burnt honey. This Greek Easter bread is an absolute dream and while we could have removed some of the expensive ingredients to make it cheaper but that would have been an absolute travesty.<p>Look, we know that this is a very expensive Tsourekei, but we have got to tell you that it is ABSOLUTELY worth every cent.</p> <p>Our deeply indulgent tsourekei has the most incredibly soft texture, and one sniff will send you into a trance. These beauties have flown off our shelves since the very moment we started baking them. Fougasse is the French answer to the Italian focaccia. It's a flavoured flat bread cut to resemble a head of wheat. Made mostly white with 15% wholewheat for a little added flavour and nutrition using organic Wholegrain Milling flour from Gunnedah. IMPORTANT: The flavour of our fougasse changes weekly and is rarely planned ahead of time.
